This week I'm featuring Elite (Collective Underground #2) by Kristen Young releasing September 14.
Apprentice Flick thought the Elite Academy was the answer to all her problems. But the revelation of her past turned everything upside down. Now, she is caught between two worlds set on a collision course.
Will she embrace the chaotic memories that flood her every waking moment? Or will she run to the security of her Elite training?
Discovering her parents’ identities takes her to a secret underground bunker where she finds new friends, opportunities, and maybe even love. But Flick must decide where her allegiances lie soon, or the Triumph of Love festival might bring about her demise.
What upcoming release are you eagerly awaiting?

LOL. I like the cover. It compliments book one's cover so well. Thanks for coming by! :)
DeleteThis sounds so interesting, haven't heard of this series before. I've been an awful reading slump where I just cannot start a new fantasy/Sci-Fi series because I can't deal with all the world-building and just need something easy to read. Adding to my TBR in the hopes that that will change soon :) Great pick!
ReplyDeleteI hope you get out of your reading slump soon. Those are so annoying. Thanks for visiting! :)
DeleteWhere do you find safety when your world is falling apart? Hmm, I think this is a question we are all asking ourselves lately...but may not be where the characters in the book find themselves ;) My post is here: https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2021/09/cant-wait-wednesday-spouse-in-house.html
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you. I think we're all wondering that. Thanks for coming by! :)
DeleteInteresting cover, and premise —it makes me want to know more about book 1
ReplyDeleteThe first book was really interesting. It's one of my favorite dystopias I've read in the last few years. Thanks for stopping by! :)
