Review: The Aberration of Eden Pruitt (The Eden Pruitt #2) by K.E. Ganshert

About the Book
Eden Pruitt’s parents are alive. They are safe. But not Eden. She won’t be until they hunt down the high-stakes gambler known as Mordecai. Eager for redemption, Cassian Gray won’t rest until they succeed.

Together, they follow a trail of clues that thrusts them into a dark, dangerous, twisted reality. At its center stands an enemy far more powerful than they ever imagined.

MY THOUGHTS

This was so good! I loved the first book and was so anxious to get my hands on this sequel. The last half was almost nonstop action, constant danger, and lots of twists and turns. Not to say that the first half wasn't good. It was great! It was just a little slower paced than I was expecting in comparison to the first book. It was still incredibly compelling, though. Pretty much from page one, there was an air of anticipation, of impending danger and disaster, that had me so nervous for what was to come. We did find out some things and got some very interesting answers. More questions popped up, too. And that cliffhanger ending has me incredibly impatient for the next book.

FOUR STARS

    1. There's not a release date yet, but the author is working hard on it. I'm hoping it'll be soon, but I don't know.

    1. Maybe? It's a hard one to classify. I think I might call it a YA thriller with just a touch of sci-fi. I hadn't read anything like it before.
