Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Purple Covers

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

This week's topic is a book cover freebie. I'm not gonna lie, I always struggle when given a "freebie" topic. I'm just not all that creative and it takes me forever to figure out something to do. This week was no different. I finally decided to just share some of my favorite covers that feature my favorite color purple.

  1. Always love to see a Melissa Tagg novel feature, and aww, how cute does "Geekerella" look on this list!? (Two books I have yet to read!) Loved "Jane of Austin"; hopefully someday Hillary will write another Austen themed contemporary. :)

  2. I kinda struggle with freebie topics too sometimes. Like which way to go? Too many options. :) Anyway I really like the Mindee Arnett cover. And Geekerella is just fun!

  3. Jane of Austin? What? Why haven't I heard of the book before? I modified this week's topic, though you can see my favorite books with their covers! My favorite YA Books of the decade with covers.

  6. Freebies are tough to me, too, but I love the topic you came up with. It's fun to compare covers that are the same color and figure out what the books have in common or why the artist chose that particular color.

    Happy TTT!

    1. It was a lot of fun comparing the covers. There was actually a book that I could've sworn was purple, but when I compared it to these it looked pink. I was shocked, lol. :)
