Top Ten Tuesday: New-To-Me Authors I Read In 2017

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish.

The Topic for this week is: New-To-Me Authors I Read In 2017. I read a lot of amazing books in 2017 and a lot of them were from authors who were new to me. Whether they were debut authors or ones who'd already had many books released already, these authors have all been added to my 'favorites' list. Here are the books that first introduced me to these authors.

Who were some of your favorite New-to-Me authors you read in 2017?

  1. A Twitter friend recommended Julie Hall's books! So that's definitely a series I need to take a second look at. Loved Bethany's and I'm nearly done with Jaime's. Really liking it so far. Lots of great atmospheric storytelling. :)

    Here's to a great 2018 - and HAPPY NEW YEAR, Ashley. :)

    1. Julie Hall's books are fantastic! I thought they'd be just a fun paranormal read, but there's some very powerful stuff in them. SO GOOD! Bethany's was hilarious and Jaime's was the best dual timeline I've read.

Thanks for coming by, Rissi! Happy New Year to you, too! :)

  4. I read THE HOUSE ON FOSTER HILL this year and I'm sorry to say I found it very disappointing. I liked the premise, but the plot/writing for me just weren't great. I'm glad you liked it, though. I'm glad you found some great new authors/books to love this year.

    Happy TTT!
