MY THOUGHTS
Slight spoilers for previous books ahead...
In the aftermath of Titania’s wrath, we find Toby changed and living a completely different life than the one she had. And my goodness, it was weird seeing Toby that way. She wasn’t acting anything like herself. It was like her fire and spunk were gone, and I hated seeing that. But, every once in awhile, there was a glimmer of the old Toby that peeked through, which made me think that all hope wasn’t lost, and I was so eager for her to remember everything.
I’m eager to check out the next book, which shows us Tybalt's POV of the events that happened in this story. If you’re a fan of urban fantasy, this series is a must-read. Be sure to start with book one, though, because these are not standalones.
FIVE STARS
There's nothing better and frustrating at the same time than a good cliff hanger, especially when you have to wait a bit for the next book! I'm glad this one satisfied and corrected some of the errors from the previous book.
