I never really connected with the characters, but the mystery kept me fully engaged. I thought the competition for the inn was really interesting and wish it had been fleshed out a little more. But, all in all, I enjoyed this story. The books in this series are complete standalones, so they can be read in any order.
My library said they would buy this one so I've put it on hold and am excited to read it whenever it comes in.
