MY THOUGHTS

It's Christmastime in Lantern Beach and several familiar faces are participating in a holiday play. But, as we all know, nothing ever goes smoothly in this charming town. Abby, the director of the play, goes missing. Things become even more complicated as random threats, vandalism, and arson take place around town. Someone seems determined to stop the Christmas play from happening. Can they catch this Scrooge before things take a deadly turn?

I thought the previous book was the last one in the series, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this one. It was a lot of fun. I figured out the mystery pretty quick, but I still enjoyed following alongside these beloved characters as they followed the clues. And, I've gotta say, the ending was pretty spectacular. So sweet! I had a big smile on my face.
